2. Products

Manilea NutriChain Sàrl sells food and nut-based products intended for human consumption as food products.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in CHF and include applicable Swiss taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Payment data is not stored by Manilea NutriChain Sàrl.

4. Orders

Orders become binding once payment is confirmed. Manilea NutriChain Sàrl reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of error, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Switzerland only.

Once an order has been handed over to a third-party carrier, Manilea NutriChain Sàrl cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Assistance will be provided where reasonably possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After verification, a replacement, refund, or store credit may be offered.

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, food products are non-returnable and nonrefundable once delivered.

7. Liability

Manilea NutriChain Sàrl is not liable for improper use or storage of products, allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly listed, or indirect damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Manilea NutriChain Sàrl. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Switzerland.
